AFTER SALES MAINTENANCE SERVICES

We provide FREE cleaning services using an ultra-sonic machine, unlimited nose pad replacement, screw tightening, frames or sunglasses adjustment, and eye test.

WARRANTY ON LENSES

OJO Eyewear provides one (1) month warranty on lenses for customers on a case-by-case basis and does not cover:

a. scratches on lenses
b. damage or deformation of lenses
c. accessories for the lenses

WARRANTY ON FRAMES & SUNGLASSES

OJO Eyewear provides a warranty period up to one (1) month from the date of purchase for factory defects (if the stock is no longer available, a product of the same value will be provided as replacement) and does not cover:

a. damage due to deliberate misuse, negligence, accidents or damage due tonatural disasters
b. lost items
