AFTER SALES MAINTENANCE SERVICES
We provide FREE cleaning services using an ultra-sonic machine, unlimited nose pad replacement, screw tightening, frames or sunglasses adjustment, and eye test.
WARRANTY ON LENSES
OJO Eyewear provides one (1) month warranty on lenses for customers on a case-by-case basis and does not cover:
a. scratches on lenses
b. damage or deformation of lenses
c. accessories for the lenses
WARRANTY ON FRAMES & SUNGLASSES
OJO Eyewear provides a warranty period up to one (1) month from the date of purchase for factory defects (if the stock is no longer available, a product of the same value will be provided as replacement) and does not cover:
a. damage due to deliberate misuse, negligence, accidents or damage due tonatural disasters
b. lost items
What can I do if I want to follow my existing prescription for my new glasses?
You need to provide your existing glasses or written prescription forms.
(We may not be able to get the specification for severe scratches or peeled coatings on the lenses.)
How soon can I get my glasses done?
You may get your glasses done within half (½) an hour, depends on stock availability and the presence of an optician.
(Special ordered lenses may take a few days to be processed.)
Can I put on contact lenses during an eye test?
Customers are required to remove their contact lenses for at least thirty (30) minutes for soft lenses or
one (1) day for hard contact lenses for an accurate prescription.
Can I get other types of lenses at OJO Eyewear?
Yes, other than clear lenses, you may also want to get yourself a pair of digital lenses,
photochromic lenses, etc.
What are the lenses provided with the package?
The package frame comes with 1.56 index clear lenses for SPH up to +/-4.00
and CYL up to -2.00 that are anti-reflection, and 100% UV protection.
Why is the order period longer than promised?
Please allow us to fulfill the order in at least ten (10) days during peak season
or for unforeseen circumstances such as flight delay.
